I think today I really, truly learned the lesson that if we don’t respect ourselves no one will respect us. So I’m deciding that even if I suck at trumpet, even if I hate swimming, even if I’m not a big filmmaker yet, even if people leave my table at Round Tables because they get bored…well even then I’d be cool with it because I’d still like myself....
